This waterborne acrylic tie coat primer is designed for use over existing epoxy and chlorinated rubber swimming pool paints where the topcoat will be Richard’s 3600 Pool Guard Waterborne Acrylic Swimming Pool Paint.

Bonds to properly prepared surfaces.  Provides excellent service for in-ground masonry pools.  Suitable for fresh and saltwater pools, ponds, or fountains.
